News & New Caches 157

Another quiet week for geocaching in North Wales with no new caches or Ad Labs, but we do have some new events.

Fancy a road trip and not doing anything on Saturday 9th November? ChepstowRomans, Storming the Castle 2024, may be the answer. They are hosting 6 events at castles from Conwy Castle to Goodrich Castle, Ross-on-Wye, Herefordshire.

Situated at picturesque Newry Beach, the museum is a fascinating family experience. Take a step back in time in the oldest Lifeboat Station in Wales. Learn about shipwrecks, gallant rescues and pirates. Find out what it was like to sail on the Irish Sea over 100 years ago. Visit the WW2 Air Raid Shelter and marvel at the collection of WW1 and WW2 memorabilia.

We would like to thank Julie, Bess’s Friends, for bringing this to our attention.
