A Message from Piratemania Committee:
PIRATES… THERE BE TREASURE TO CLAIM!
“Geocaching HQ has set loose the Pirate Treasures collection…
So naturally, we’ve decided to make things a little more interesting. Complete the Pirate Treasures collection and send us proof before: MIDNIGHT – 31ST DECEMBER 2026…and your name will be thrown into the captain’s hat for a chance to win:
A FREE PIRATEMANIA SUPPORTERS PACK!
Already bought one? Good pirate. If your name is drawn, we’ll give you your money back instead.
To collect the Pirate Treasures, you’ll need to hunt down and log qualifying Mystery Caches and Multi-Caches.
Once you’ve completed the collection, send your submission to:
admin@piratemania.org
A huge thanks to UK Geocoin Database for sponsoring the prize and adding a little extra loot to the treasure chest. So sharpen your pencils, solve those Mysteries, tackle those Multis and get hunting. The deadline is New Year’s Eve. The treasure is waiting. And one lucky pirate will be sailing away with a Piratemania Supporters Pack.”
UK Mega
The 2027 Mega will be taking place at the Royal Pump Rooms in Leamington Spa, on 31st July 2027. It’ll be a one-day event – similar to London Calling or the Geolympics – in the West Midlands region, and it’s the weekend after the annual Piratemania event, so you can do them both in the same holiday. Piratemania have very kindly agreed to extend their camping to cover the full week between the two events, so you can get to both without all the faff of shifting camps halfway through things. Yay for pirates!
Cache page goes live Sunday 4th October.
